Lu'an. Hengsheng Yuehu Mountain Courtyard

Hengsheng Yuehu Mountain Courtyard was built  after Hengsheng Sunshine City and Hengsheng Nanshan County projects, which has 20 years of craftsmanship experience. It was another high-end improvement project of Lu'an, which was started in 2022. The total area is about 120 acres, the total construction area is about 170,000 square meters, the plot ratio is only 1.6, the building density is 17.95%, and the greening rate is as high as about 40%. The overall planning of the project is 22 buildings, with a total of 1004 households. The project amount is nearly 1.2 billion yuan. The project has been planned and designed and preliminary land construction. The first phase of sales will be in June 2023 and it is expected to be completed and delivered in 2025.
