Lu'an-Hengsheng Sunshine Town

The project is located in the core area of Yu'an District, Lu'an City and started construction in 2009, covering a total area of 400 acres, with a total construction area of more than 530,000 square meters. Among them, there are nearly 470,000 squares as residence, over 20,000 square meters as business area, more than 20,000 cubes as office area, and over 10,000 square meters of related facilities.The community is a super city complex, which consists of multi-storey, small high-rise,  high-rise residences, office buildings, community kindergartens and BaiDa shopping center ,British style commercial streets. The total investment of the project was nearly 2 billion yuan, also the total number of households was nearly 6,000, and there were more than 20,000 owners. It was the largest investment project and community in Lu'an city in that year.  Overall, Lu'an Hengsheng Sunshine Town has become one of the  most popular comprehensive communities in  Lu'an city.
