Hefei-Hengsheng Sunshine Town
The project is located at the intersection of Huizhou Avenue and Taihu Road in Hefei. It started construction in 2006, with a planned total construction area of 137,000 square meters, consisting of large shopping plazas, high-end residences and office buildings. In addition,this project introduced a number of well-known commerce such as banks, China Resources Suguo Supermarket and so on. The total investment of the project is nearly 700 million yuan and it has convenient transportation and superior location. The project was all sold out, completed and delivered in 2009. In a word, Hengsheng Sunshine Town has become one of the modern commercial centers of Hefei city.
