Ma'anshan Xiushan New District

Xiushan New Area in Ma'anshan is located in the east of Ma'anshan city, adjacent to the main urban area to the west and to Nanjing city to the east. In February 2010, the construction headquarters of Xiushan New Area was officially established, marking the beginning of the new area's construction. Our company, in cooperation with Anhui Anlian Group and the government management committee, carried out first-level development and construction on 18.55 square kilometers of land in the area. In the first five years, the project accumulated an investment of nearly RMB 5 billion, and initially completed the supporting facilities such as roads, water and electricity, parks, hospitals, schools, and sports centers in the core area of 10.2 square kilometers. The construction of nearly 2,000 mu of residential projects has also been completed and sold. At present, the project has achieved a self-sustaining cycle, with a population of nearly 400,000, and has become a modern new area with complete functions, ecological livability, unique charm, and attractiveness.
