Hengda Yujingwan
In August 2009, the company, in partnership with Evergrande, won the bid for 275 acres of land in Ma'anshan Xiushan New Area. The project was planned to have a construction area of 280,000 square meters and a total of over 2,400 households, with a total investment of 1.1 billion yuan. The project was completed and delivered in 2015, and has become the highest quality residential development in Ma'anshan Xiushan New Area.
