Wanxing Lake Mountain

In October 2019, the company invested in and developed the "Wanxing Lake Mountain" project, with a total construction area of nearly 130,000 square meters and a total investment of 1.6 billion yuan. The project is located at the intersection of Science Avenue and Hehuan Road in Hefei High-tech Zone, at the intersection of the government, Shushan, and high-tech districts. The project covers an area of about 90 acres, divided into three parts: residential, commercial, and school. The residential area is planned with three small high-rise buildings and four Western-style houses, with a focus on "intimacy" as the theme, combining modern simplicity with a "return to the natural forest habitat" landscape vision. Meanwhile, the project looks forward to future living trends and incorporates intelligent technology systems such as AI facial recognition, 5S intelligent security, AI intelligent elevator control, full coverage of community WIFI, and biometric fingerprint intelligent password locks into daily life, creating a sunny and intimate community, a new standard for technological innovation in housing, and a nurturing space for green buildings. The project aims to offer customers a healthy, comfortable, artistic and modern living environment. The project was completed and delivered in November 2022.
