In October 2017, the company won the bidding for the Paiya New Energy land through a judicial auction for urban renewal. The project is located at the intersection of Jinxiu Avenue and Qinglongtan Road in Hefei. The total land area is 105 acres, with a building area of 160,000 square meters. It includes 14 small high-rise and high-rise residential buildings, with a total of over 1,200 units. The project officially started construction in September 2022, with a total investment of 2.9 billion yuan. It is planned to be delivered in a finished state in 2025.
