On September 17, 2021, the company won the bidding for the JK202113 land parcel in the Economic Development Zone at a unit price of 13 million yuan per mu, with a total price of 1.07473 billion yuan. The land is located on the south of Ziyun Road and west of Qinglongtan Road, covering an area of 92.08 mu, and its planned use is for residential (81.93 mu) and kindergarten purposes. The residential plot ratio is ≤2.0, and the reference land price for residential use is 12.65 million yuan per mu. The bid deposit was 220 million yuan, and the maximum selling price for residential property was set at 14.5 million yuan per mu, with an average filing price of 19,376 yuan/m2 for commodity housing (rough). The proportion of supporting affordable rental housing (rough) is 25%.
The project, named "Cuiyu Yunzhu," is a benchmark work of the company. It has a total of 1,000 households, covers a construction area of 160,000 square meters, and consists of 13 high-rise residential buildings. The total investment is 3 billion yuan. The project is scheduled to commence construction in November 2021 and be completed in January 2024.
